Round 7 Confessional [On the Jury]

I officially made the jury!!!!!!!!!

So pumped about that. It's been a pretty long path here, but I'm more ready than ever to kick some ass. With Badger and Tom back in the house, things are certainly going to get interesting. Right now, I view the sides as this:

Jiggle, Brittany, James and Zooey
Hal, Badger and Tom
Hilarie and Amy are floaters

Of course, there are a lot of interlocking relations within these groups... but that's what makes the game fun! So BB101 states that if there are two opposing alliances/groups, put up two members from different alliances/groups to pit them against each other. This is what I intend on doing. If I won HOH, I would nominate Badger and Amy. They're both two people I can't really see myself working with down the road. I'll definitely be giving it my all in the HOH tonight. I have to try and win and keep my allies around. I'm not too worried about a revolving door nomination so long as Amy is evictJiggle. Badger isn't threatening at all to me, physically. We'll just have to see how the competitions go. Right now, I'm feeling pretty good. It's always hard to say, but I'm not sure that anyone would nominate me right now. At least I hope not.

Am I a bad person if I want Tom to win because he'll nominate James?

I hope not. Nominating James would be awesome because he COULD go home. That would be wonderful. James, I have loved working with you, but you're way too big of a threat. It'd be fantastic if you were first juror, especially under Tom's HOH.

Basically, Tom has said that he's nominating James and Zooey/Brittany. It sucks that these are my allies, but James leaving wouldn't be too awful. I just can't have Hal/Badger/Tom take over this game. That would be most unfortunate. I really love Brittany and Zooey and I want to make it far with them. Hilarie too.

So something unfortunate happenJiggle... Badger was like, "I won't nominate you if I win!" and like... what else do you say to that? I had to tell him I wouldn't nominate him either, even though I want to. It's just annoying because now I feel like the only person I can nominate is Amy. I wouldn't know what else to do if I won. Oh well, I still tried my best and I'll figure it out if I win HOH. BTW, I had a similar discussion with Tom, but I wasn't nominating him anyway. We have a block-bond. Stupid Shay.

So for now, I am feeling pretty comfortable this week. I'm not sure how I'd fare if Amy won, but I feel otherwise good about my position in the house! I could use another HOH win under my belt, but maybe this isn't the week. We'll see.

Well I'm glad Badger approached me! I guess I just didn't see him winning, so wasn't too worried about it to begin with. But now that I should be safe for the round, I'll definitely take it. I am predicting a Brittany/James nomination, but he could back down on the James part. Who knows where his head is at? I'll have to talk to him today to confirm my safety.

I would love to see a huge threat be blindsided this week. I need to start paving my way for my win! James and Hal have to go soon, that's for sure!

Really have to kill it for this POV. There is no other way. I'm certain that I can persuade young Badger to make whatever move I want if I have the POV. I can be good at sessions comps sometimes... but IDK I always tense up/freak out. Hopefully this one goes well! Such an important week.

So maybe I have a chance at winning veto? I instantly thought to screencap the actress, upload the picture, and search for visually similar images on google. It was super easy to find her doing that method, but I probably spent 4-5 minutes fucking around with faulty image uploaders. So pissed! I could've had a lot better time.

I also didn't have a lot of strategy about what I'd keep track of in the video. It usually resulted in me trying to count animals, noticing something for another question, answering it, then starting over. Oh well. After I knew I was taking a while, I decided to take my time and make sure I'd get 10/10. At least then, if everyone else fucks up somewhere, the veto's mine. I can't see me winning it if someone else gets a perfect score, though.

Well, Brittany and Zooey came up with plans, sort of at the same time. The goal is to get rid of Amy. It's going to require some careful maneuvering, that's for sure. We are going to try and convince Badger that putting up Amy is the best move, because Amy is certainly a vote to keep James, and we're trying to send out James. Having said that, HOPEFULLY he'll listen. If he does, Hilarie, Brittany, Zooey and I are going to take out Amy. She told Badger to put up Brittany and I this week, and karma's a bitch. So, I guess James is staying for a little bit longer if all goes according to plan.

Doesn't really bother me either way. They both need to be gone eventually.

Okay, so I worked hard and pitched Amy to Badger, but it was to no avail. Badger put me up, and he honestly made the right move. If he wanted James to leave, putting me up was the right way to go.

Anyway, I'm up against James and I'm not too worriJiggle. I had my f3 with Britt and Zooey and an f3 with Hil and Zooey. I have alliances with Hal and Tom, and I'm way less threatening than James. Should be fine, right?

WRONG.

This vote went to shit somehow. I'm not even sure why or how it started, but I wasn't really looking to get to the bottom of it. The point was that it was happening, and it needed to be resolved pronto. So I went to work.

Hal and Tom told me earlier that day they were keeping me. I went to Tom and confirmed he'd keep me, and he said he would. That was 1 vote down.

Then I went to Brittany. I told her everything that was going on, and she said a lot was up in the air. But then she said that she was 100% keeping me and couldn't bring herself to evict me if she wanted to. That meant a lot, and made me feel a lot better.

I went to Hilarie, and made her promise to keep me. She said she would. I tried to get her to talk to Zooey but I don't think she did. I also tried to get confirmation from Hal, but I couldn't. Oh well. Shouldn't matter. I had 3. Badger also told me that he'd keep me in a tie, but of course he wasn't on at all today. So annoying.

So this all started with Zooey, anyway. I sent around a blanket PM to make sure that Hil, Britt and Zooey were keeping me. Zooey was first to respond and said she didn't know. Now if you all recall, just the other week I put Zooey as my number one spot. This FREAKED me out, because I thought I was for sure fucked if I didn't have Zooey. But basically Zooey was terrified to be in the minority, but I think she just really wanted to keep James. I argued with her on my phone, on AIM, for like an hour and a half, trying to convince her to keep me. It was so annoying because I was volunteering at the same time. Whatever. Somehow, someway, I convinced her to keep me. Maybe she just realized the votes were falling that way.

So anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm staying. Still nervous as hell, but feeling decently confident. Next round, if I stay, I'll do a big player ranking and really go for HOH. It seems like it could be endurance-y and I have the perfect schedule to do it. Pumped!
